Since 1999 ESO offers a complete office waste management service to companies located throughout Italy.
From north to south, with a fleet of its own vehicles and specialised employees - ESOdrivers - ESO provides for waste collection at the Companies' premises, in a simple way, respecting the environment and the regulations in force.
Those who choose ESO rely on a Green Economy Company, which strongly believes in sustainable development and which has in its DNA the firm desire to contribute to the development of a critical awareness of recycling and reuse.
ESO deals not only with office waste, but also special waste, electronic waste and WEEE, fluorescent lamps, neon lights, confidential documents, plastics, cans and mobile phones and from 2017 also with the collection and transport of medical waste, spray cans and waste from cleaning companies.
The future is in the circular economy: whoever chooses ESO, chooses the Environment.
From micro-logistics to online services, from 360-degree consulting on environmental issues to material recycling and safety: ESO is responsible for carrying out all the bureaucratic procedures required by current legislation for legal requirements, such as the Loading and Unloading Registers, the Annual Declaration (MUD), as well as legal and practical information, including the obtaining of tax relief (TARI).
ESOWeb is the web services platform made available by ESO to facilitate the completion of bureaucratic procedures related to waste management, thanks to its separation into distinct forms.
In addition to ensuring the correct completion of procedures and avoiding the penalties provided for in the event of non-compliance, the program has become a point of reference for the retail, banking and IT sectors.
Enrolled in the National Register of Environmental Managers - Lombardy Region - and in the National Register for Third Party Transport, ESO has a specialised fleet of its own vehicles, the ESOmobili, to provide a complete and widespread service, based on procedures able to support companies in simplifying the management and correct disposal of waste.
In 2016, ESO embarked on a process of transformation into a Benefit Corporation, a new corporate philosophy that goes beyond the concept of profit and puts significant focus on responsibility, transparency, ethics and the implementation of solidarity-based actions aimed at people and the environment.
OUR COMMITMENT TO THE ENVIRONMENT
ESO contributes on its path as a Benefit Corporation to promote solidarity initiatives aimed at both mankind and the environment: the creation of a positive vision of the future is an important objective to which we must all contribute and ESO continues along this path by creating projects that seek to raise awareness in the community towards the culture of the recycling cycle.

ESO has chosen to adopt an Integrated Quality, Environment and Safety Management System, with the aim of rationalising and harmonising the company's modus operandi.
For this reason ESO has obtained EN ISO 9001:2015, EN ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications.
From the very beginning ESO has always operated with firm beliefs in the value of the Circular Economy: we have made the "Recycling Cycle" our philosophy, with the awareness that the environment is an asset to be preserved and that waste can be transformed into a resource, hence minimising its environmental impact by giving it a second life.
The health and prosperity of humanity dipend on the vitality and health of our environment.
We have recently enter a new geological era, that of the Anthropocene, an era characterised by a strong human imprint on the environment: the exploitation of natural resources is having a decisive impact on the delicate equilibrium of the planet, denying the earth the resilience that allows it to regulate itself.
Some scientists, scholars and journalists argue that this negative trend can be changed and that for a "good Anthropocene" it is necessary to start from the bottom and no longer just from the top, we must strive to ensure human influence has a positive effect on the environment.
Starting from the bottom means hat we are all involved in this process, no one excluded, and everyone with their daily actions can help "plant" good Anthropocene seeds for the environment.
Those who choose ESO rely on a GREEN ECONOMY Company, which strongly believes in sustainable development and which has in its DNA the firm desire to contribute to the development of a critical awareness of recycling and reuse.
The environmental commitments that ESO has put in place in recent years are full of constancy and perseverance in an environmental philosophy aimed at common sense in daily action.
The future is in the circular economy: choose ESO, choose the Environment.
The creation of a positive vision of the future is an important objective to which we must all contribute, and ESO, with its esosport project, dedicated to the collection and recycling of used sports shoes, tyres, bicycle inner tubes and tennis balls, continues along this path, trying to make more and more people aware of the "Recycling Cycle" culture.
Over the last few years, esosport has created a project dedicated to children: “Il Giardino di Betty”. This is a model of children's playground, made with anti-trauma flooring, obtained by recycling sports shoes.
The initiative is becoming increasingly more widespread in Italy, today with over 10 playgrounds in Lombardy, Liguria, Lazio and Tuscany.
Forty years after Pietro Mennea's 200-metre world record “La pista di Pietro” was inaugurated on 23 September 2019, with the support of the wife of the great Olympic champion, Manuela Olivieri.
La Pista di Pietro is a 60-metre, three-lane, removable and itinerant track, made from an old sports shoe, that of the great Olympic athlete, apparently unusable, but precious for the environment.
